Strength & Wellbeing Coach

For a long time, I trained the way most people do — pushing harder, doing more, and assuming that effort alone was the answer. Like many people in midlife, I also picked up a few injuries along the way: Strains, aches and niggles that never quite went away. Training became something I had to work around, rather than something that genuinely supported my life.

That experience changed how I coach.

Over the past 13+ years working as a personal trainer, I’ve seen the same pattern repeat itself with clients — especially those in their 40s, 50s and beyond. They’re motivated, they want to feel strong again, but they’re tired of programmes that don’t respect where their body is now. Training stops feeling sustainable, confidence drops, and consistency slips.

My coaching is built around breaking that cycle.

I specialise in strength and wellbeing coaching for midlife clients, focusing on building strength that supports joints, improves movement quality, and restores trust in your body — not just chasing numbers or aesthetics. Sessions blend sensible strength training with mobility, recovery, and simple lifestyle strategies so training actually fits into real life.

Small Group Coaching (2–4 people)
