2 to 1 Coaching

Membership Terms
After your initial 12-week programme, your coaching will automatically continue on a monthly rolling basis, giving you the flexibility to keep your momentum going without having to re-enrol.

For our Thryve Forever membership, you’ll enjoy the same rolling monthly format from the start.

If you ever need to change your weekly sessions, pause, or stop entirely, I simply ask for 30 days’ notice so we can update your payment plan and adjust your schedule

  • Not at all. Many women join Thryve after a break from exercise or while rebuilding fitness in midlife. We’ll meet you where you are and progress at a pace that feels right for you

  • Description text goes hereFoundations is perfect if you’re starting fresh, returning after time away, or rebuilding strength during peri/post-menopause. Strong is for women who already have a base level of fitness and are ready to push further with progressive training. Both are 12-week programmes with the option to continue afterwards

  • No problem — if you’d like to try 2-to-1 coaching, I can match you with another like-minded woman who has similar goals and availability. Many of my clients have made great friendships this way

  • IYes — you can increase or decrease your weekly sessions at any point during your 12-week programme. I just need 30 days’ notice so we can update your payment plan and adjust your training to match your new schedule and goals

  • Your coaching automatically continues on a monthly rolling basis (with 30 days’ notice if you ever need to stop). Many clients move from Foundations into Strong, and from Strong into Thryve Forever — our ongoing membership to help you keep progressing

  • Rather than strict meal plans, I’ll guide you towards balanced, sustainable eating habits that support your training, hormones, and long-term wellbeing
