At Thryve, you don’t book a “day and time” forever.

Instead, you choose your weekly training hours — and schedule sessions around your life.

A 2-hour weekly plan could look like:

  • 1 × 60 min session + 1 × 60 min session

  • 1 × 60 min + 2 × 30 min sessions

  • 2 × 45 min + 1 × 30 min

A 3-hour weekly plan could look like:

  • 1 × 60 min session + 1 × 60 min session + 1 × 60 min session

  • 2 × 60 min + 2 × 30 min sessions

  • 2 × 45 min + 3 × 30 min

ABOUT JOHN

Thrive grew out of my own experience of ageing, injuries, and learning to train differently.

I’ve always loved movement and sport, but over time I found that the way I was training no longer matched what my body needed. I was strong in places, fragile in others, and constantly working around aches and setbacks.

Rebuilding meant stepping away from intensity-first training and focusing on strength, stability, and movement that actually transfers to real life. Not quick fixes — just consistent, well-thought-out training that supports long-term health and enjoyment.

That’s what Thryve is built on.
